How it works

Survey data in. Compliance report out.

Three input modes to match how you already work in the field.

Upload your existing survey PDF

Already using FastFields, Survey123, or any other survey tool? Upload the PDF and the system extracts the data, assesses every HHSRS hazard category, and generates a compliance-ready report with HHSRS risk flagging and regulatory compliance assessment.

Includes hallucination guard for image-heavy PDFs — the system only reports on data it can actually read, never invents findings.

ImmediateCommission specialist damp survey to identify root cause and extent of moisture ingress. Consider both structural and condensation sources given bathroom location and ventilation failure.
UrgentInspect and repair or replace bathroom and kitchen extractor fans. Check for blocked or disconnected ductwork. Assess boiler output and heating system efficiency for excess cold assessment.
ScheduledArrange EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report). CCU date could not be validated during inspection — electrical compliance requires independent verification.

Why this exists

Built by a surveyor who got tired of the gap between field data and compliance documentation.

I'm a stock condition surveyor delivering high-volume SCS programmes across social housing in South East London. The compliance landscape changed significantly with Awaab's Law and the Renters' Rights Act 2025 — but the tools hadn't. Reports that should take 20 minutes were taking two hours. Hazard flagging was manual and inconsistent. Asset management teams were flying blind on regulatory exposure.

So I built the tool I needed. It's not made by a software company that read about housing compliance — it's made by someone who does this work every day, understands what HHSRS actually looks like in a Category 1 property, and knows what housing association asset managers need to defend their decisions to the Regulator.
